Challenge
Clockwork Staffing & Recruitment was looking for a secure and simple reporting solution to replace parts of their manual and time-consuming work in Excel.
CFO Rikard Stenberg brought extensive Business Intelligence experience when he joined in 2017. ”When I started, we keyed in numbers into Excel reports, which took time and introduced many risks when several people were involved,” he says. Before Exopen was implemented, he spent up to two days entering numbers in Excel.
Solution
After scanning the market, the choice fell on Exopen Report. ”I wanted to change the reporting work and explored the market for a simpler and safer way of working. In the end it was Exopen who could help me with a solution tailored to our needs,” says Rikard.

Leadership shares one and the same overview report. It's quick and easy to present a single office or one of the companies and compare it to the entire group.
The collaboration has evolved to include a clearer graphical profile for reports and distributing tailored reports to different audiences within the group. ”The collaboration with Exopen has worked very well. They have the competence, are flexible and have come up with solutions when I didn't have ideas myself,” Rikard concludes.
